Welcome to the Interval Timer iOS App (the ‘App’), developed by AZTTY LLC (‘we,’ ‘us,’ or ‘our’). These Terms of Service (‘Terms’) govern your use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of the App
The Interval Timer iOS App is a tool designed to help users manage timed intervals for workouts, productivity, or other activities. The App operates locally on your device and does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
3. No Data Collection
We do not collect, store, or process any personal or non-personal data through the App. The App functions entirely offline, and no user information, usage data, or device information is gathered, shared, or transmitted to us or any third parties.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the App’s source code.
- Not use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
- Not distribute or reproduce the App without our prior written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and content, is the property of AZTTY LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written consent.
6. Fees and Payments
The App may be offered for free or for a one-time purchase fee, as indicated on the Apple App Store. Any fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple’s App Store policies. We do not offer subscriptions or collect payment information directly.
7. Updates and Support

8. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, your license to use the App will cease.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZTTY LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AZTTY LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan, Wyoming, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on our website at www.aztty.com or within the App, with an updated ‘Last Updated’ date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
